This stunning girl with the Cleopatra eyes is sweet and loving, good with children, other dogs, and is well behaved during yard time. We can’t tell you exactly why she is here in a rescue and not in a loving home, but we can tell you that Miss Kelsey is a dainty little lady who likes her quiet time and people who understand that she will warm up to you, given just a little time.
